The apartment is located only a 1-minute walk from the historic Smeaton’s Tower (The Lighthouse) and a further 1-minute walk from the Beach, Restaurants and its infamous Tinside Lido. This stunning luxury basement apartment was originally a family home for 20 years. It has now been lovingly developed to cater for those who enjoy a more private setting, for short holiday or seaside breaks whilst visiting the Beautiful Devon Coast. Each bedroom is complete with high quality and comfortable linens, Flat Screen TVs & Amazon Firesticks, Hair Dryers, Bathrobes and complimentary Toiletries. USB charge points at all bedside access. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including a lovely Champagne bucket. • Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property • Private parking for 1 car, for other vehicles we can arrange local parking at a reduced daily rate if needed and by negotiation. • Outside courtyard offering a comfortable entertainment area
