Duncan, Eilidh & their young family Archie, Zoe & Charlie, have been hosting guests at Berryhill Farm for over 15 years, starting with Berryhill Cottage in 2007 followed by an extensive renovation of the old steadings which became East & West Steading in 2014 - all 3 bedroom cottages, and the Maids Quarters in July 2025 . As well as keeping busy on our farm and hosting guests at our holiday cottages, we also run the Golf Driving Range - clubs are available free of charge and lessons can be arranged through one of our dedicated Golf Pro's. Enjoy the best of both worlds at Berryhill Cottages & Steadings which are situated in peaceful countryside, and yet are just half a mile from Peterhead bypass.

The property has been newly refurbished throughout in July 2025. The shared back entrance leads to a private staircase to the West Wing with a twin bedroom, bathroom, open plan dining / kitchen living rooms, an additional large twin bedroom and double bedroom and bathroom. The property is heated via a biomass boiler. There is ample off road secure parking for cars / work vans, a drying room available work gear and a washing machine / tumble dryer and seated area within the garden. This property is ideal for contractors working in the area or shooting parties.
