We have a beautiful family farm, and our two semi-detached units sit at the edge of the farmyard, and our farm is perfect for guests who want to bring their dogs and walk on our farm with them. We are excited to welcome you to our farm and we (Andrew and Louise) love hosting guests in this beautiful rural setting.

Property info

Our holiday barns are two semi-detached barns which we have converted from a disused sheep barn and have bi-fold doors looking out across the Welland Valley with stunning views. They are dog friendly and we permit two dogs per barn for an extra fee. Each barn has its own hot-tub for five people (six at a squeeze) and both barns are private from the adjoining barn with good sound-proofing. Both units have fast internet and Sky TV and Netflix. There are games consoles in two bedrooms and a TV in each bedroom, with access to sky TV in two bedrooms, and access to Netflix in all four bedrooms. We live two minutes from the two units and are on hand to assist with anything that guests require. Rutland has many beautiful walks and is a haven for hikers. Rutland water is nearby for avid sailers and windsurfers. Fishing is available in the River Welland on our farm if you have a rod licence, or nearby at the Eyebrooke Reservoir.
