Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Billing Aquadrome — a beautifully styled 2-bedroom caravan offering comfort, convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for couples, small families, or solo travellers seeking a peaceful getaway.
Only 5-10 minutes walking distance to all of the facilities that Billing Aquadrome offers, and facing a beautiful lake.
Step into a bright, open-plan living area with a spacious L-shaped sofa and large windows overlooking the lake. A built-in entertainment unit features a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace, creating a cosy setting for evenings in.
The dining area seats four comfortably and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials for home-style cooking. Upon request, we can provide a high chair.
The Master Bedroom offers a Double bed with fresh linens and built-in storage. There is an en-suite toilet with a pedestal sink.
The Second Bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. These can be merged upon request.
The property further offers a clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, pedestal sink, and toilet. Simple finishes and natural light make it feel fresh and functional.
Parking is available off-road, next to the caravan.
Located within Billing Aquadrome, guests can enjoy lakeside walks, family attractions* (including a heated indoor pool, outdoor splash park, arcades, and small indoor soft play) and on-site amenities including shops, a laundrette, entertainment in an amphitheatre, mini-golf*, and dining.
* Please note that use of facilities such as the indoor pool, mini-golf and Water Park is paid separately on-site.
Additionally, please note that Billing Aquadrome is fully closed between 06 January and 01 February, and the main season, with all amenities open, will be from 13 March 2026 until November 2026.
The nearby Quays Pub & Carvery is open from 8 AM till late evening/night for food and drinks, and we highly recommend it as a family-friendly and affordable place to dine. They also offer an indoor play area - Wacky Warehouse (paid separately).
