John and Judy Patrick and our son Graham assure you of a warm welcome at our home, the Black Swan Guest House in Marton, Lincolnshire. We have been running the guest house since 2003 and really enjoy what we do, looking after our guests and providing the best service.

Property info

Black Swan Guest House is a tastefully re-furbished 18th Century Grade II listed former coaching inn. We are situated in the centre of the small Lincolnshire village of Marton, 5 miles south of the historic market town of Gainsborough and only a 20-minute drive to the beautiful city of Lincoln. There are 6 rooms in the main building on the first floor, and a further 2 rooms on the ground floor in our converted Stable Block. Whether you are travelling on business or with friends and family. We are also pet-friendly and have two cats and a dog ourselves. We offer a delicious cooked breakfast to start your day, using fresh local produce where possible.

Black Swan Guest House sits in the middle of the rural Lincolnshire village Marton, at the junction of the A156 and A1500. The car park and main entrance is to the rear of the property, accessed from the High Street (A156) by turning into The Old Courtyard. Marton is a small village about 5 miles from the old market town of Gainsborough, and 13 miles from the historic city of Lincoln.
