A stunning thatched cottage located in the picturesque village of Grafton Underwood, the property has a large garden area and outbuilding for bike storage (great cycle route) and two private parking spaces. The cottage is set back from the road and is now trendy and contemporary but retains its character and charm with original fireplaces and exposed beams The ground floor accommodation consists of a lounge with stairs rising to the first floor, window seat and access to the refitted kitchen which is superb with integrated induction hob, oven, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer and a very well appointed refitted shower room with feature vanity sink unit. To the first floor there are two bedrooms. This cottage boasts a large front garden which has been landscaped with a raised deck, large lawn and flower beds as well has three workshops and a wood store, which have also been renovated to a high standard, power and lighting fitted both outside.
Lee & Natalie love to travel and like to stay in places they have created in Grafton Underwood Our priority is to ensure your stay is comfortable and expectations are met
Grafton Underwood is a small village located on the outskirts of Kettering, St James Church steeped in history and a war memorial just down the road (old US airforce base) There are great cycle routes and also boasts its own award winning pub restaurant the Pig & Waffle
