Bradbridge Barn is a detached single-storey cottage converted from a Grade II listed barn on a former 16th century farmstead on the edge of the riverside Devon village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom and a twin with en suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a shared garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared lawn and parking for two cars. Bradbridge Barn is a peaceful and spacious cottage for a relaxing break in Devon. EV charger available by arrangement charges paid to owner direct. Please note during April - October months this property change over day is Saturday
