2 bed cosy apartment on a new housing estate just a stones throw from the National forest. The property hosts 4 people with a king size bed and 2 single beds which can be changed to a king size on request. Has off road parking for 1 vehicle if you need garage access just ask. All local amenities are within 5 mins drive. 20 minutes from East Midlands airport and donnington race track. Afew house rules please try and leave it as you found it and strictly NO SMOKING in the property

Local normal people wanting to give the best serviced accommodation in the area were both very friendly and happy to help with all your needs.

In a small village of woodville with local shops on the high street 10 minutes walk away. Close to the M42 so good for commuting to Birmingham and Nottingham. The apartment is on a new housing estate very quite and peaceful.
