Butterswood Lodge is situated in the tranquil village of Goxhill, near Barton On Humber in North Lincolnshire. The Lakes and Cottages are set back from the road in approximately 11 acres of mature, tree lined ground, providing a secluded fishing and visiting experience. There is a varied range of natural wildlife on site. The fishery is made up of three fishing lakes that contain mirror and common carp (mirror, common, ghost, koi and crucian), tench, barbel, chubb, roach, rudd, perch and hide. There are three holiday cottages on site providing comfortable and homely self-catering holiday facilities. Cottage guests have an exclusive large private fishing area, accessed via the rear of each cottage, but they can use any of the 3 ponds. Beech Cottage is a 2 storey, 1 double bedroomed and 1 sofa bed, with a conservatory and lake aspect. Oak Cottage is a single storey, 2 bedroomed, 1 double and 1 king, with a lake aspect view. Willow Cottage is a single storey, 2 bedroomed, 1 double and 1 twin, with a lake aspect view.
