Believed to be the town’s oldest building, this Grade II listed property offers bed and breakfast accommodation with free WiFi. A 10-minute drive from the coast, it consists of a charming all-day café and a shop selling a fantastic range of homemade food. Byfords retains charming original features like old wooden beams, and boasts characterful antique furniture. In the morning guests can enjoy award-winning bacon, free-range eggs, and local Cley kippers. Fresh homemade bread, croissants, and Danish pastries are also served. Rooms at Byfords are stylish and elegant, with an en suite bathroom, double-ended bath, fresh flowers, and under-floor heating. Byfords is based in the centre of Holt, a pretty Georgian town filled with lots of independent shops and surrounded by walks and countryside. Our Bed and Breakfast has 16 Posh B&B ensuite rooms and a self-catering apartment. Byfords is one of the best places to stay if you want to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer, whether you're looking for a long weekend away or a much-needed mini-break away from it all. Byfords is also a great place to eat, with a café that serves up hearty breakfasts, brunches, lunches, afternoon teas and delicious dinners. If you are on the go or wanting a picnic, the takeaway store is open daily.
