Calsie Cottage is situated in the quiet village of Clatt. It is surrounded by rolling hills and open fields and views to the Suie Hill. The cottage has just been renovated. There is a stylist living room with wood burning stove, fully fitted Wren kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a huge to die for luxury bathroom with very large bath, walk in shower. Three bedrooms (one e suite) with plump pillows and cosy duvets. A boot room for those muddy boots and shoes. A quarter of an acre garden to enjoy especially easting/drinks. A shed to store bikers etc. Oil fired central heating. EV charger (paid separately).

I live in Clatt with my Partner on a working farm. I have two grown up daughters and have two other holiday lets in the area.

Clatt is a very quiet and peaceful village. The nearby village of Rhynie with Tap o’Noth is a stone’s throw away. It is ideal for everyone including walkers and cyclists to explore the Cabrach, Whisky, Castle and Pictish stone trails plus other attractions. There is a licensed shop in Rhynie and has everything you need. Huntly is 10 miles away and has an Asda and a Tesco and a very good butchers (Forbes Raeburn). Huntly has a cinema and lots of places to eat and drink. Over the Suie hill lies the picturesque small town of Alford. The Forbes Arm Hotel for supper is well worth a visit.
