This apartment is all about the views of both the sea and the mountains from the living areas, the dining area, the balcony and the main bedrooms. When the tide is in you feel you could be on a boat. You can go to sleep and wake up listening to the sound of the waves and enjoy the sunrise over Dundrum bay. Situated off Main street in a secure gated development just beside the Shimna river and above the seafront pedestrian promenade (no road or traffic between you and the sea) close to all amenities and restaurants/bars but also away from the main street traffic noise. A very large (124sq m) 2nd floor duplex with four bedrooms, two double and two singles.. One single bedroom is on the entrance floor and a further three bedrooms are upstairs. The two main bedrooms look out to the sea/mountains, one with a Juliet balcony and one with a large mezzanine window. It has a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area and two bathrooms (one on the entrance floor and one ensuite upstairs with a shower). It includes a balcony, enormous windows and mezzanine floor to enjoy the vistas from way above the promenade. The apartment is within a secure gated complex, has lift access and underground parking for one car.
