A warm welcome to our Contractor Friendly 3 Bedroom House in South Kirkby. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a washing machine, and a dining area. It is 25 minutes away from Wakefield City Center ,access to Moor Thorpe train-station is about 5 minutes walk , the trains links to major cities like Leeds and Sheffield . There is plenty of parking outside perfect for short stays or contractors working in the area. You have access to local shops , and supermarket such as Aldi and Asda near by. Bedrooms are cosy all with a double beds , and with linen and towels provided. The bathroom is spacious where you can have a hot shower or a bath. A comfortable living room where you can relax and watch your favourite shows on Netflix or you can catch up with work on the desk with a comfortable chair. WI-FI is included
