Guests must be aged 21 years or older. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo identification for each guest staying at the property prior to arrival, as there is no reception located at the property. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Please note that this property only allows pets for stays of 7 nights or more. When travelling with pets, please note that a refundable deposit of GBP 300 applies. A surcharge of GBP 90 will have to be paid for the cleaning service if you bring a pet. This property does not feature a reception desk. Guest Services are available 8am - 8pm. Please note that the confirmation process is required to be completed before 18:00 on the date of your arrival. If this is not complete by 6pm, your booking may be cancelled. For advanced bookings, we require the provision of ID, within 7 days of booking. For arrivals in the next 7 days at the time of booking, the above process should be promptly completed in full, to ensure a smooth check in. For last minute bookings, the deadline is 18:00 on the day of arrival.
