Please note that the key to this apartment is located in a coded safe.

The property will inform guests of the code prior to arrival. Prior to check-out, this property requires all guests to ensure their washing up is done and put away, the kitchen surfaces are wiped down and all food is removed from the apartment.

Additionally, all rubbish must be placed in the bins provided. Please note there is a GBP 100 fine for smoking. Private hot tubs are available with three of the two bedroom apartments.

Please ensure you pick a two bedroom apartment that clearly shows an image of a hot tub within its specific image gallery. If unsure, please contact the owner to check availability.

Please note that a hot tub fee of £29 per day may apply and that hot tubs can only be added for the duration of the stay. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP £29 per pet applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our Studio Apartment.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 10:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
