The Coach House is a separate part of our property with its own entrance. Residents of the Coach House have exclusive use of the Coach House and a private outside eating and sitting area. Guests are also welcome to walk around the beautiful gardens and woodland. There is one parking space on the drive for guests. The lane is not suitable for parking on so we strongly advise that guests only arrive in one car. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. There is a small oven with hob , kettle, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. There is a dining table and chairs, extremely comfortable settee and an additional seating area. Children are very welcome at the property and a highchair/travel cot is provided. Please note that there is a pond so supervision is essential for young children, however, no doubt they will love to see the moorhens! The Coach House is in a very rural, quiet part of Lincolnshire with The Sebastapol Inn just a short walk away (open Fri/Sat/Sun). There are several takeaways in nearby Horncastle and Wragby.

The Coach House has all new furnishings and fittings to ensure that you have a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Having been on many family holidays in the UK we know how important it is to feel at home so on arrival there will be a small food hamper. Traditional board games are also provided.

Since living in Minting we have noticed how calm and peaceful the area is. There is so much wildlife in the garden and I love hearing the sound of the horses passing by and even a peacock who parades up the lane! The Sebastapol Inn is a short walk away and is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Woodhall Spa is only a 15 minute drive away where you will find the Petwood Hotel, once home to the famous Dambusters, the National Golf Centre, open air swimming pool, cinema and several restaurants. There is plenty for all of the family including Rand Farm Park (5 miles), Tattershall Lakes (10 miles), Tattershall Castle and Tattershall Farm Park (9 miles). The historic city of Lincoln is only 13 miles away which has a mainline railway station (direct from London).
