Coachmans Rest is a wonderful self contained studio in The Coach House ( 50 New St), a listed property with a beautiful passageway leading to the front door. It can either be a kingsize bedroom or 2 single beds. There are two self-contained studios or one 2 bed appartment with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen ( Coachmans Rest, Coachmans Retreat and The Coach Appartment ) for rent in The Coach House, which is several hundred years old and a grade 2 star curtilage to the main house next door. The Studio is newly refurbished with a stylish bathroom. There is a workplace for your computer. It has a small kitchenette area with appliances including a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. There is a welcome basket with coffee, tea, croissants, butter, preserves, cereals milk and a bottle of water. The property is remotely managed by phone and the owner is always available (if she is working abroad there maybe a slight time delay). The studio has a very comfortable king size bed and there is a smart tv with Sky TV. The studio is 18m 2 and this is the average size of most rooms in the conservation area with Grade 1/2 listed with a beautiful garden to sit in. Entry Details: Can you let your self in through the front door and keep this door locked with the chub lock. Please also keep the windows closed The keys are collected from the key lock and the number is sent to you a day in advance. Coachmans Rest Parking facilities: A i space is provided in the driveway . The road is Whitefriars Meadow CT139AS Look for 50 on the dustbins opposite flats. The main drive way is used by the owner where there is often a black Peugeot 108. After parking could you walk round to the house 50 New St Sandwich which is 7 mins away . Small well behaved and quiet dogs are allowed but please text the owner Paula first.

Coachmans Rest is very close to the centre of town. Less than 20 m. There are many restaurants Italian, English, French, Thai, Indian and Fusion. Also a variety of fashion and interior and gift shops. There are fantastic cafes and a vibrant music scene. Sandwich is one of the most historical towns of the area and as a Cinque Port has a Guildhall and Museum.
