Luxury 2 bed third floor apartment. The apartment is located in a modern block, a short walk to Aberdeen beach and city centre amenities. It has free reserved parking and secure door access. Located on the top(third) floor so it is very quite, two modern double bedrooms, one en-suite, and a stylish living room to spend family time and modern kitchen with dining table. Also has modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dining table. Duvets/quilts, pillows, towels, hangers, iron, hoover and hand wash are supplied. Cutlery, kettle, toaster, tea bags, microwave, cups, plates etc provided.
