The fine print

Full payment for the total stay will be required on arrival.
Please note that if an advance purchase reservation is booked, the card charged needs to be present on check in at the hotel. If not present at the hotel then another payment is required from another card and the original card will be refunded.
Nonresidents:
After 11pm we ask that all nonresident guests kindly vacate the premises. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant stay. Please note parties and large gatherings are not permitted in the rooms at any time. Any guest deemed to be causing a disturbance will be asked to leave with no refund due.
Parking:
We have no onsite parking at Mercure Nottingham City Center, due to being a hotel over 200 years old. Lace Market public car park ( NG1 1QE ) is a 2 minute walk away. We strongly recommend parking 1st. Their rates are £17.00 per 24 hours and payable directly to them. Prices true as of January 2024.
