The rooms are located in a modern extension to the rear of a Suffolk Timber Framed Farmhouse and have been built in the matching traditional style. The rooms are beautifully styled and have a quality feel to both the fittings and the space. The patio has sun loungers, outdoor furniture and there is a hot tub (seats 2) which is shared between the two rooms. Breakfast is served on the large table in the communal seating area. The gardens are peaceful, and replete with birdsong.

Tony and I have been sharing our home for over 20 years with visitors, firstly in the self catering barn conversion and more recently in the main house with bed and breakfast guests. Its too beautiful not to share! As we have grown older and the children have left home we have wound down the small holding, though we still keep a small flock of hens for their tasty eggs and some sheep for their lawn mowing capability (though only in the paddocks not the garden). We have a mad Cockapoo and an elderly cat both of whom we try to keep out of the way of guests as not everyone loves them, something they are both blissfully unaware of.

The farmhouse sits outside of the village of Huntingfield, which boasts a village pub and church the latter having a famous painted ceiling which is worth a visit. The local market town of Halesworth has plenty of cafes, shops and Pubs. The pretty Victorian seaside town of Southwold is a short drive away, as is the acclaimed village of Walberswick.
