The booking is for a double room at my home with a maximum of two guests. I live in a semi-detached property, located in a very quiet area with off street parking. It is conveniently situated eight minutes’ walk from the Glider transport system which connects to Belfast city centre, Ballyhackamore and Stormont grounds. Glider buses run every eight minutes to and from the city centre until 11:00/11:30pm. The Comber Road Glider stop is eight minutes walk from the house via Reaville Park. Nearby, a variety of restaurants, cafes and local shops can be reached in five minutes by foot. The Belfast to Comber Greenway is close by for walking or cycling. I live at the property alone and it has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There is a shared bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. Cosy at Cumberland has been inspected by Tourism NI and has a valid certificate of assurance.

I enjoy sea swimming, socialising and being creative. In my spare time I like to create paintings. I love the outdoors and have an interest in meditation. I am easy going and relaxed.

Helen's Bay beach and costal path is 15 minutes drive from the Property. Mountstewart House and gardens (National Trust) is 22 minutes by car and overlooks picturesque Strangford Lough. Newcastle and the Mourne mountains are 50 minutes by car. It takes 35 minutes drive to the glens of antrim coast road which leads to Beautiful locations such as Torr head, Cushendall, Ballycastle and Rathlin Island.
