Option 2 (Payment): A transaction of GBP 100.00 will be taken (and paid to Willow Lakes) on check in. When you check out and once the cottage has been serviced and providing no damages have been report by housekeeping GBP 97.50 will then be manually refunded back on to your card within 2-3 working days. The total is minus the charges we have to pay to the bank to make the refund. Please note – A proof of refund slip can be emailed upon request.
