This cottage is situated on the edge of the North Sea the views with amazing views from the back of the house. At the back of the house there is a lovely enclosed indoor sitting area which faces out to the sea view where you can see seals, dolphins and other various types of sea birds. There are binoculars that you use to view the sea life from the enclosed garden. It is decorated with some unique and interesting objects and has a traditional coal fire. The cottage offers many facilities that you are welcome to use. The cottage is well situated for walkers and golfers or just for a chill out relaxing break. You can walk into Fraserburgh, it takes about an hour but the beach is award winning and worth a visit. The cottage has one main bathroom downstairs (living area) with an over the bath shower and a WC on the first floor in-between the two bedrooms. The bedroom with the two single beds is located on the ground floor with easy access to the main bathroom, living room and kitchen area. Please note there is a step from the living room to the kitchen area. There is car parking for 2 cars opposite the property and free on street parking. The house will be decorated for Christmas unless guest advises otherwise.

My interests are playing golf at some of the fantastic courses available around the cottage. I enjoy hosting as I am giving people the opportunity to stay at the cottage and enjoy the surrounding scenary and use the facilities.

There are a couple of pubs, a chinese and a shop in the village. With a few supermarkets close by, Asda, Tesco, Home Bargains and Lidl. You can walk to Fraserburgh from the cottage and enjoy a meal out at the Captain's Table - booking essential and take a taxi home, taxi numbers are listed in the house manual situated in the house or you can walk along the coastline to Rosehearty and enjoy a meal at the Davron Hotel, again booking essential. There are excellent golf courses - too many to name. Sailing activities for children at Rosehearty during the summer.
