Shower room. Full Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher & washer dryer. Lounge overlooking the gardens through full width bi-fold doors. Exclusive use of a pivate garden. And BBQ. And numerous other seating areas. Private off-road parking. Ideal for couples & families on holiday, seeking a short break or business users alike. Pets go free! Your dogs will love to explore the area and stretch their paws. There is a PetJet dog shower. Dog shampoo & towels are provided. We provide throws for furniture. So that your furry friend can have a cuddle and relax with you. And there is even a PawAid doggy first aid kit. Dog crates can also be provided if required. Sycamore is adjacent to our other cottage, Crossways Beech Tree. A 1-bedroom detached cottage with kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, this is not dog/pet friendly. But you can of course book it in conjunction with Sycamore.

My wife and I along with our two friendly Flatcoat retrievers, Elvis & Ziggy, moved to Crossways in 2025. We are loving the rural life. And the peace and quiet. Having fab walks on the doorstep to nearby pubs and restauraunts is a big bonus. And we see so much wildlife. Whether it be roaming around the 2 acres that we are lucky to own, or in the surrounding countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The properties are set in woodland, with open views. So it always pays to keep an eye out for nature. We are keen to provide high quality dog friendly accommodation. So, we commissioned the project to convert former stables into Crossways Sycamore in 2026. We look forward to welcoming all, considerate and respectful humans to Crossways, and even better if you have a fluff ball or two with you. In our view, life is better with a dog.
