Lovely accomodation. Great scenic location. Perfect for a chilled break. Could hear the cuckoo every day and also had a visit from the deer! Dolly was a great host, left a nice welcome basket and kept in touch. Would love to go back.

The property is in a beautiful location with a lovely garden area. We had everything we could possibly need. The owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even left us some home bakes and milk in the fridge for when we arrived.

Fantastic location, very quiet and a distance to local shop but plan ahead and there’s no issue. The view over the Loch is stunning and the Cuckoo calling from the hillside made for sitting in the garden a pleasure. The property did not need for...

This property is a former family home which still retains the homely feel which has always characterised it. It has recently been renovated, with a new shower room being installed upstairs, bath and shower room downstairs, as well as a new stair and internal doors. It is well maintained; we hold very high standards of cleanliness. This is an ideal place to come if you want to get away from it all while, at the same time, having access to broadband in order to remain connected.
I grew up in this home but now live in another part of the island.
The special attraction of this quiet rural village is the beautiful scenery which is on its very doorstep, making it a perfect place to enjoy peaceful walks and take in the views. There is a local shop and petrol station within a 10 minute drive and the shops of Stornoway are 40 minutes away.
