Curwen Apartment is a centrally located two-bedroom apartment in Workington, accommodating up to six guests. One bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, while the second spacious bedroom includes one double bed and two single beds. Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for all guests. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. The living space includes comfortable seating and a TV, allowing guests to unwind with their favourite programmes. The kitchen is equipped for short and extended stays, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cookware, utensils and crockery. Guests receive a small starter supply of toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, hand soap, kitchen roll, laundry capsules and dishwasher tablets. The property does not have private parking. Several pay-and-display car parks and local disc-parking zones are available nearby.

Curwen Apartment is situated in the centre of Workington, providing convenient access to the town’s shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and local amenities. Many are within walking distance of the property. Several supermarkets are located nearby, including M&S and Iceland, with additional larger supermarkets accessible outside the town centre. Workington railway station provides services along the Cumbrian Coast Line between Barrow-in-Furness and Carlisle. The town is also served by a range of local and regional bus routes. Workington is approximately 20 miles from Keswick and the north-western Lake District, and around 42 miles from Windermere and the southern Lake District, making the apartment a convenient base for exploring Cumbria. The central location is also well suited to professionals and contractor groups working near Workington Community Hospital, Sellafield and other major employers across West Cumbria.
