We now have a virtual office that can be contacted 24/7 via our phone line. On the day of your arrival you will receive a message from us stating your accommodation details and how to enter your accommodation via our digital lock system. At the time of booking you will receive a link to our online welcome booklet, here you can add extra's onto your stay such as bottles of wine and chocolates for your arrival, parking scratch cards that can be used for on street parking and add dogs onto your stay. Here you also find detailed maps of all our properties and there locations as well as all the relevent information about your upcoming stay.

We are not just one hotel, we have a large number of properties in various locations across Whitby's west cliff, ranging from basic budget friendly rooms to more spacious apartments and cottages to suit everyones needs. We offer a range of different room types including a limited number of sea-view rooms and suites, we also have 1 fully accessible 2 bed apartment. All of our different types of rooms are listed above with their corresponding photo's please take a look at all our different types of accommodation to be sure you are booking the correct room type to meet your needs. Please take note that a lot of our properties can only be entered via stairs and sometimes multiple stairways which can be quite tight and steep and we do not have any lifts, If you have any mobility issues where this may be an issue please make sure to book our accessible apartment or alternatively contact a member of our team upon booking so they can try to assist you. Upon booking you receive a welcome email directing you to our online welcome booklet, here you will find all the relevant information about your upcoming stay, you can also book on-street parking scratch cards and extra's to be placed in your room upon arrival.

All of our properties are situated in the West Cliff area of Whitby, here you are within a 5 minute walk of the beach as well as a 10 minute walk of the town centre. The town centre has a range of excellent restaurants, cafe's, shop's and landmarks, as well as a train and bus station. We are also only a 5 minute walk from local attractions such as Pannett Park, Whitby Museum, and Whitby Pavilion which is host to many of Whitby's festival weekends such as goth weekend, northern soul weekend, steampunk weekend and musicport weekend.
