Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog - 2 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin (the double bedroom has 2 single duvets – please advise at time of booking if you would prefer a double duvet) - 1 shower room (no WC), 1 separate WC - Electric oven and hob, fridge, small freezer, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer - Travel cot and stairgate in the property and High chair available on request - Night storage heater and underfloor heating (in the kitchen) - Smart TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi - Patio space with table and chairs, lawned garden area, open cart lodge, wood burner, and a large pond. Gas BBQ available for use. - Private parking for 2 cars - Pub 0.2 miles, Shop 3 miles - There is a low beam at the top of the stairs through to the cloakroom and main bedroom. It is only 130cms (just over 4ft) high. - There are 2 ponds within the grounds, therefore, children should be supervised at all times. - There is a trampoline for children and rowing boat available for guest to use (2 x life vests available) at their own risk. - Please bring your own beach towels - Please note access to the property is via two steps.
