I worked in the media for many years and am now enjoying retirement, taking time to enjoy the beautiful place where I live with my husband Perry and my dog Harley. I love entertaining friends, cooking and travelling.

Nestled in the County Down countryside between Newcastle and Castlewellan is Drumee Lodge boutique B&B. Set on two acres of beautiful gardens with stunning views of the Mourne Mountains, the house dates from around the late 1700's with the current house having been built around 1800 with a major revamp and extension in 2000. Each bespoke guest room is designed with your comfort in mind, whether you are here for golf, walking, exploring or just getting away from it all.
