Our B&B features three beautifully appointed rooms, each named after traditional cattle breeds to reflect our rural setting. The Highland Room is our spacious luxury ensuite with a double bed, single bed, and all the comforts of home. The Galloway Room offers a charming double bed setup with shared bathroom access, perfect for couples. The Shorthorn Room includes a double and single bed and is ideal for friends or families. Neil was brought up right next door on the family farm. Edenmore Farm has been in the Lilburn family for generations. Neil left farming life a few years ago to help Jennifer run her outside catering business, which she set up in 2011. Jennifer has always dreamed of running a bed & breakfast, and after meeting Neil in 2023 this has been a shared venture for them both!

Edenmore Cottage is 5 minutes from Moira village. Said to be the food capital of Northern Ireland the village has plenty of coffee shops, bars & restaurants, as well as plenty of boutique shops. Moira is just off the M1 motorway which leads west towards Fermanagh and East towards the cities of Lisburn & Belfast. We are also only 10minutes drive from Royal Hillsborough, as well as the towns of Dromore and Lurgan. The A1 carriageway is also easily accessible, if travelling to or from Dublin. Belfast International Airport is 30minutes away. If you are looking for a central location to explore Northern Ireland then there’s no where better!
