Highly recommended boutique style guest house offering the best experience available just seconds from the Hoe and sea front. Self assessed 4 star plus. Owner run for that personal touch. The comfortable en suite rooms are constantly being refurbished and have with free wifi, generous beverage trays with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolates. We make use of paid street parking and have concessionary tickets.
Carla has been running Edgcumbe Guest House since 1997 having taken over from her parents when they retired after 28 years. She says that running the guest house is in her blood. She's certainly put her heart and soul into making the guest house the best it can be and has made fabulous improvements based on her own high expectations when staying elsewhere.
West Hoe is the perfect location for a stay in Plymouth. We are seconds from the sea front with a great choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs less that 5 minutes away. Plymouth Hoe and park are across the road. The historic Barbican, city centre, Theatre Royal, Pavilions Arena are all just a 10 minute walk away. The Continental Ferry port is a 5 minute drive away. The South West Coast Path is less than one minute away.
