A unique, cosy apartment set in a quiet location just 15 minute walk from the popular town of Bawtry. This is newly renovated and has its own entrance, outside patio area and hot tub. There’s under floor heating throughout, ensuring it’s always cosy and a brand new shower in the bathroom. The main room has a sofa bed, with a memory foam topper to ensure a good nights sleep, seating and TV mounted on the wall. There’s WI-FI and two great pubs a five minute walk away. It’s an attached property.

There are two great pubs within a 5 minute walk from the property, The Mayflower and The Ship. If you wish to walk a little further, only 15 minutes away is the popular town of Bawtry, with many excellent restaurants and bars. The Yorkshire wildlife park is a 15 minutes drive away and offers a great day out as well as regular live events. Also in Doncaster is the Cast theatre which shows regular comedy gigs, powerful dramas and family productions all year round. Outside the back of the property is wetlands with an incredible range of wild birds which attract bird watchers to the area.
