Located on a real working farm, the cottages overlook a central courtyard, each with its own furniture, and are surrounded by wonderful walks and wildlife. Each of our four luxury self-catering cottages have their own unique character and appointed to the highest specification. The interiors boast modern, but comfortable décor, equipped with everything you need to create a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you would expect and all guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival. With ample parking, storage and washing facilities, under floor heating, super comfy beds, excellent Wi-Fi, Apple TV and space to work and peaceful surroundings, it is the ideal location for business and leisure travellers as well as those looking for a short term let whilst moving or having work carried out on their home. We are family friendly with a climbing frame, cots, high chairs & toys on request.

We have absolutely loved meeting guests from the UK and worldwide over the last few years. The farm, cottages and our three young children do keep us very busy but we do enjoy to travel to far flung destinations, experiencing the cultures and food that these places have to offer.

Elm Tree Farm is located just outside the market town of Brackley. There are 2 supermarkets in Brackley and a small selection of restaurants. We are just 30 minutes from Oxford and around 20 minutes from Buckingham, Bicester and Banbury which are able to offer all of the facilities that you may need whilst staying with us. In approximately 40 minutes you can be in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds and all that they have to offer and Silverstone Race Circuit is just a 10 minute drive from Elm Tree Farm.
