The family have been happily hosting guests here since 1981, the 2nd generation is currently managing the guest house and live on site. We welcome you to enjoy a relaxing stay with us and are always available should you need any help or information during your stay.

Property info

Fairways is a family run guest house and has been hosting guests since 1981 when it was first established by the family who currently still own and manage the property themselves. We have clean comfortable rooms with free WiFi, TV, tea & coffee making facilities and refrigerators in most rooms. Free on-site car park for guests to use throughout their stay, parking is also available on your departure day by arrangement. We live on site at all times, when off duty guests are still able to contact us should they need assistance during their stay. We take pride in our home and ask all guests staying with us to do the same and be respectful of other guests within the property. The property is quiet, friendly and homely. We offer a safe environment for single people, couples and also families staying here.

We are located in the south of Cambridge within 5 minutes walk from the Cambridge Leisure Park, offering a choice of restaurants, cafes ,shops, bars, cinema, bowling, 24 hr gym and The Junction entertainment venue. Street food is often available close by, it's very popular with Cambridge residents and visitors. Our local pub offers good tasty food, beers and ales at very reasonable prices. Post office, pharmacy, newsagents, barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons and various takeaways are all within a few minutes walk. There is very good bus link to the city centre opposite the guest house and Cambridge railway station is a 15-20 minute walk. Addenbrooke's and Royal Papworth hospitals are located close by at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Local parks within a short walk offering tennis courts, children's play area and splash pool. It's also a short walk to Cherry Hinton Hall where many festivals are held throughout the year including the very popular Cambridge Folk Festival.
