We may be in a quite remote part, as most people think the first time they drive up here, but actually once you've found us it is only 3 miles off the main A482 once you're at Pumsaint, it's just that road gets narrower and narrower so just keep going, we are at the very end.

As well as a B&B we are a smallholding surrounded by our 32 acres, with horses, sheep, chickens for your eggs at breakfast. I am your host and Oz does all the cooking. Please note that we do not serve any pork or pork products.

We are in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains so ideal for walking, birdwatching (all the birds of prey are here, Red Kites, Buzzards, Goshawks and the very rare sighting of the Merlin our smallest bird of prey). We have Canada geese nesting on our lake and swallows nesting in our barns. The Dolaucothi Gold mines are just down the road, our local tourist attraction, and 3 market towns of Lampeter, Llandeilo and Llandovery all 30 minutes away. The coast is 45 minutes away, the nearest coastal town is Aberaeron.
