Flat 7 Mansion House, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for four guests, a sitting room with TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool, gym, and sauna, and a designated parking space for 1 car. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, 0.4 miles a pub and 0.7 miles a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Swimming pool open between 9am-5pm, and needs to be pre-booked for private use once you arrive at the property along with the gym.
