Please note: You are renting an entire flat and will not share with anyone. Private modern self - contained house - Separate from the main house - with separate private entrance and en-suite. It is situated close to City Centre, Nottingham University, Jubilee Campus, and Queen Medical Centre. Free on-road street parking. This flat has two rooms. One room has a comfortable king-size bed and the other room has a double bed as can be seen in the pictures. This house is ideal for families with children as we have a newly developed park just around the corner ( a travel cot for a child is also available on request). The room comes with an en-suite shower room. The studio flat also contains 43nches Smart TV and Netflix. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A hairdryer, basic toiletries are also provided. Fresh towels and clean linens are provided for all our guests.

I am a respectful, considerate and accommodating person. I work at College as a maths teacher. My Mrs is a Doctor and we have a beautiful daughter called Jannat. Being polite and considerate to others is important to me. It’s more typical of me to be a quiet guest, but I also enjoy a chat, debate, and discussion about almost anything.

The newly developed flat is located in the residential area of Nottingham. The neighbourhood is friendly. It is a safe and quiet area, and its residents are primarily families who have been living here for a while. Shops and amenities: Newly built Park, leisure Centre, Aldi, Co-op, Tesco Express, Lidl, Pharmacies, Pubs, Takeaways including Subway, Greggs, and Domino's Pizza are a few minutes’ walks away.
