The restaurants, bars and theatres located around St James’ Park, home of Newcastle United FC, are 15 minutes’ walk away. Bus stops opposite the hotel provide 10-minute links into the city centre. Rooms each feature classic décor, along with free tea/coffee and a work area. Rooms have either a private bathroom or a shared bathroom, with ironing facilities also available. The large lounge area is equipped with elegant leather sofas, a pool table and two 42-inch plasma-screen TVs. Secure on-site parking is also available at the Grainger.

Guests using satellite navigation systems are advised to input Dilston Road as their destination, once they arrive in Newcastle. The hotel is on the corner of Dilston Road.
