We offer a very private experience. With your own private entrance.
The there is a very large living area and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, mini oven , kettle , washing machine , sink , tea , coffee etc
There is Netflix and Amazon on both TV , with an Amazon Echo in the Lounge / Dining Area and Bedroom
The Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sink , toilet and shower with toiletries provided
For stays of two nights or more , there is a large Patio Area with furniture for your usage
All fixture and fittings are top quality and very stylish
This is great value and very much better experience then a hotel
Your accommodation is secluded behind a private gate with a parking area infront of your accommodation
Is has a countryside feel but is within easy driving for , Lincoln , Sheffield , Nottingham , Sherwood Forest , Retford , Worksop , Doncaster and only three miles from the A1 for north & south

We provide a very private experience, and leave guests alone to enjoy there stay
But are on hand to help if needed
We have two excellent pubs and Indian Restaurant within a mile away
As well as the village of Tuxford , three miles away with shops, pub , food shops etc
