For many years, the hotel was lovingly run by Paul’s parents, Bill and Betty Loud, who became well known for the warm atmosphere they created and the care they showed to every guest. Their dedication helped shape Haddon House into a place where visitors felt truly at home. Today, Haddon House continues proudly through the next generation, run by Paul and Jo, alongside their own family. Together, we work hard to carry on that same welcoming spirit, offering guests a comfortable, relaxed stay with friendly, personal service and attention to detail. Set in a charming Regency-style house surrounded by peaceful grounds, the hotel is just a short stroll from West Bay Harbour, the beach, and the dramatic Jurassic Coast.
