Set in the heart of the village this comfortably furnished third floor apartment has sea views across the bay and is just yards from the slipway to the beautiful sandy beach. With a number of shops, restaurants, pubs and access on to the coastal path which extends for 186 miles. The second bedroom consists of a double and single bed with a second full size single bed that slides out from underneath when needed The cot/crib is a travel cot. Please bring your own bedding for the cot PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There are 56 steps up to it. There is no lift available. The staircase is wide, solid construction and stable, with handrails for it's entirety. It is not suitable for disabled guests.

The apartment is in the heart of the village that has 2 mini supermarkets, gift shops, numerous bars and restaurants. There is a taxi rank and a bus stop are right outside the door. The nearest train station is Saundersfoot 1 mile away. There is a newly installed footpath into the village from the train station.
