Highridge apartment offers style and comfort within minutes walk of high street restaurants, pubs and direct access to amazing local walks including St Cuthbert's way and Wooler common. Caroline is a warm and welcoming host from the local community who is available at any time if you require. Otherwise, you have your own private entrance to come and go as you please. Please note that since reopening after lockdown, we are now only providing Breakfast upon request. A continental or full english breakfast is available at 10 pounds per person. Please message me to pre book your Breakfast before your arrival and let me know if you have any dietary requirements. Breakfast can be paid for at the end of your stay.

Wooler is known as the natural gateway to the Cheviot Hills and Northumberland National Park. From the apartment door, you have your own path leading down the garden to a gate that leads you straight onto a path leading you to St Cuthbert's Way, Wooler Common and Humbleton Hill. Wooler is just 15 miles from the beautiful Northumbrian coastline, you can also discover Bamburgh, Lindisfarne and the Farne Islands from here. Wooler is an ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the Cheviot Hills. St Cuthbert’s Way, the long-distance route which links Melrose in the Scottish Borders to Lindisfarne passes through Wooler town. The hills around Wooler are peppered with ancient hillforts – particularly Yeavering Bell and the College Valley. Highridge apartment is walking distance from the high street with local shops, restaurants, cafe and Co Op supermarket.
