Holcombe Guest House is located on Victoria Road on the corner of the main road and a side road called St Mary's Avenue. It is a light brick coloured building. On the front of the building there is a 'Holcombe Guest House' sign, with the ground floor being a light sandy yellow colour - the front door stands out being a bright red colour. There are multiple off street parking spaces out front for guests, these spaces are covered by CCTV.
