A lovely quiet 3 bedroomed detached house in the heart of Wollaton. In close proximity to the University and the M1, with great transport links to Nottingham city centre. Within easy walking distance to Wollaton Deer Park, a large supermarket, great pubs and the popular Bramcote Lane area with modern cafes and excellent eateries. The property comprises of off street parking. 2 WC’s and showers. A fully equipped kitchen, Dining room and lounge. A garden is also available.
