There is a 43" smart tv and a lovely south facing balcony off the upstairs lounge to enjoy an alfresco meal or drink.
On arrival there will be milk, bread and biscuits and there is also tea, coffee, sugar plus oil and salt and pepper.
The en-suite bedroom can be made up to a superking if requested.
I won't be there on arrival but the keysafe gives you access to keys and the property.
During your stay I will be available as and when required. I can be contacted by mobile should there be problems needing resolved. Hopefully not!
The villa is situated in a quiet development but within 5mins drive you and in the town centre and there are two big supermarkets. As we are located on Royal Deeside you are spoiled for choice depending on your interests/hobbies. Nearby castles are Drum. Fraser and Crathes with Balmoral further west. Lots of restaurants nearby and lovely walks. Closest is Scolty Hill. About 10 mins drive. A testing uphill walk. Further away is Glen Tanar, Balmoral and Braemar. Loch Muick is particularly beautiful and if you fancy a dram, Royal Lochnagar Distillery and Fettercairn are nearby. Two ski resorts, The Lecht and Glenshee are approximately an hour away. 9 hole course with 20 covered floodlit driving range and tuition on site with Banchory 18 hole 5 mins away. There is also a pilates hut/treatment room together with golf lockers and showers. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available on-site at Braise O Mar restaurant. A car is recommended but a short stroll will take you into town centre. Regular 201 Stagecoach bus from Aberdeen to Braemar. Please check current timetable. You may even be lucky enough to see the salmon leap at Falls of Feugh in Banchory.
