We offer a great, cosy, comfortable stand alone room with the basic amenities, perfect for anyone who just wants to come and go as they please or not be disturbed during their stay. A home from home.

I am a local business owner who has lived in the area for the last 30 years. I have experience in running hotels and looking after our customers. Customer Service is number 1 and I like to make sure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and value for money.

Located in the Centre of Dyce the property is ideally placed for all the Industrial estates in Aberdeen and is only 5 minutes drive from the airport. a busy bus route outside the door and the train station only a 5 minute walk away makes it ideal for getting around the area. Local shops, hairdressers,banks and supermarkets are all very close by so everything you need should be right here.
