Sandpit lane is located to the northern edge of the beautifully charming Conservation area village of Alkborough. Giving direct access to the ever popular Alkborough flats nature reserve. The village also is host to and renowned for the Ancient English Julians Bower historical landmark turf Maze. Fantastic views from the village can be seen of the confluence between the Trent falls & Ouse river into the Humber estuary. Within only a few minutes short walk there is The Alkborough Coronation Club which is welcome to non members & The Paddocks tea rooms serving a selection of daily homemade food. Both can be seen in our advert photos. The ever popular and beautiful Wedding venue Walcott Hall Estate, Georgian Grade II listed Hall is also only a 2 minute car ride or a short stroll away making Kingsbarns ideally situated if attending a wedding or function. Local convenience stores and public houses can also be found in neighbouring villages Winterton & Winteringham circa 4miles away.
