Koti means Home in Finnish and this little house has been our home away from Finland. It’s situated at the edge of a traditional old mining village, with lovely walks along the old railway line and the nearby forest just at the doorstep. The house is semidetached and has a greenery at the front. plenty of parking at the back street Our home comprises of two double bedrooms, a living room full of light and enjoys a lovely, sheltered small garden with a decking. A BBQ can be found in the shed to enjoy dining outside. Murton village is ideally located for all the ventures in the Norteast. It’s easy to access both from A19 and A1. There’s an excellent Retail Park with cinema and indoor golf in the village and a traditional pub with live music on Fridays just around the corner. Seaham beaches which are famous for their sea glass are just 3 miles away. Sunderland 6 miles, more gorgeous beaches in Roker and Seaburn. Chester-le-Street international cricket grounds 6.9 miles. Beautiful Durham City 7.4 miles. Beamish outdoor museum 11 miles and of course the beating heart of the Northeast Newcastle only 15 miles away. Busses to Durham leave regularly just at the top of the street.
