Kevin and I built our lovely new home in 2021 including this fabulous apartment above the garage. It's a great place to get away from life's hustle and bustle with fantastic views of the lovely Suffolk countryside. As it is above the garage/carport and you need to climb the stairs to get up there therefore it is not suitable for those with mobility problems.

Kevin and I moved to Suffolk just a few years ago and have been busy building our home! We are so pleased we made the move and absolutely love the area - we're still exploring and hope to be able to share the enjoyment of this beautiful part of the country with those coming to stay. My husband Kevin and I will usually be around and happy to help with anything during your stay - although you have your own space we do live on site so are often on hand should you need anything.

This quiet lane in the beautiful Suffolk countryside is just a magical place to be. The peace and tranquility is wonderful - however just a short drive away and you can be in the wonderful market town of Framlingham and the historical town of Saxmundham (both approximately 10 mins drive). We are also just a hop skip and a jump (well approx 20 mins drive) away from the Heritage coast with all it has to offer - Dunwich/Southwold/Aldeburgh are just a few of the places to visit. If you'd rather not get into your car there are some wonderful walks around and the National Cycle Route goes passed the end of the lane. It is is a fabulous place for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers with RSPB Minsmere just 12 miles away Own transport required as we are in a rural area with no public transport
