- The accommodation is fully private with its own entrance and free parking. - Layout information: The private bathroom is situated on the ground floor, with the bedroom and living space located upstairs on the first floor. - We’re not able to host pets, as the accommodation is kept strictly pet‑free for guest comfort and allergies. - For safety and suitability reasons, we can’t host children. The accommodation is adults‑only! - A light, self‑served breakfast is included with bread, milk, butter, jams, a choice of teas, cereals and coffee that we grind fresh on the day you arrive, along with some little sweet treats. - Inside our property, you’ll find a clean, cosy space with a comfortable bed, a well‑equipped kitchenette area (microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, sink) Wi‑Fi, TV and a modern bathroom.

The area is full of beautiful landscapes and nature reserves, perfect for walking, birdwatching and slow-paced exploring. Knettishall Heath Nature Reserve is just two miles from Lazy Acre. Its mix of heathland, woodland and wetland is home to rare birds like woodlarks and nightjars, and grazing ponies help shape the open scenery. It’s a favourite spot for peaceful walks under wide Suffolk skies. To the east, Thelnetham Windmill offers a glimpse into Suffolk’s rural past. Built around 1820 and fully restored, it’s one of the last working mills of its kind and a lovely stop for anyone interested in local history. A short walk from Lazy Acre brings you to Market Weston Fen, a rare wetland habitat with bitterns, reed buntings, sedge warblers, butterflies and dragonflies. It’s a quiet, natural hideaway for wildlife lovers.
